Magic Captured in Tiny Little Bottles

Welcome back!

Today we are talking about health. More Specifically Essential oils.

I don’t know about you, but I get headaches pretty often, I don’t know why, but I also have a chiropractor basically on speed dial. . . I am only 19… ya I know crazy.

For me personally, I hate taking Aspirin or anything for headaches and neck aches because I feel like it is not healthy, so my Essential Oils kit is the perfect replacement! I’m honestly going to say these have changed my life. I got them last year, and I don’t know what I would do without them.

Essential Oils lavender in starter kit: Simply Genevieve

The starter kit I have, which includes: Lavender, Stress Away, Lemon, Pain away, Thieves, Peppermint, and Joy, just to name a few.

I also got the diffuser, which is great for spreading the scents of the oils around a room or even the whole house! (Great when your sick just put a few drops of thieves in the diffuser and you are good to go!)

I love using peppermint for headaches, and thieves can get rid of a cold in a snap.

If you mix coconut oil with Pain away, you can make your own icy hot! Only one thing is different, It works better and it’s all organic!!! Plus Coconut oil has so many other benefits for our bodies/skin.

During Finals, I get super stressed out and I don’t know what I would do without my bottle of stress away. (If you did not know I was in college- I go to UW-Stout)

Another great thing I got, I bought this at Fresh Thyme (if you don’t know what that is, it’s a health food store) it’s a small roller ball applicator. It is awesome for putting it in spots accurately and it’s no mess! For my headaches, I put the mixture of oils (Birch, Ginger, and Peppermint) on my acupuncture points in my eyebrows, temples, and around my jaw/ TMJ area.

There a ton of other recipes you can make with them to help you in your everyday life. Lavender, for example, if you get a bruise (rub directly onto area) or If you cannot fall asleep (rub onto the bottoms of each foot).

The possibilities are endless!

Have fun creating your own little bit of magic!

XOXO,

Grace.
